HoGoWiWi
(H)ogs, (G)olem, (Wi)zards, (Wi)tch. It's a new attack strategy so it is effective against new updated bases. This attack strategy is just the right one for early townhall 9 player's struggling to find an effective army composition. It's easy to learn and execute and with some practice you'll be able to master this incredible strategy.
Army composition:-
-Hogrider: 23
-Golems: 1
-Wizard: 8
-Witch: 2
-Wall Breaker: 3
-Giant: 2
-Arch and Barb: 1 arch and 2 barb
-Clan Castle: 1 Golem and 1 Earthquake spell (not necessary).
-Spells: 3xHeal, 1xJump and 1xPoison.
Attacking:-
Note: Before attacking the thing to watch out for is the archery queen and cc troops. You need to lure out the cc troops to the corner. The attack must be started from the queen's side so you can get her at an early stage as queen is the most dangerous defense in hog variant attacks.
1. Lure out the cc troops using you giants, if not possible then use 3-4 hogs which would definitely lure out the cc and in the meantime destroy a defense. Drag them to the corner using archer.
2. When they are almost near the corner, drop 2 witches so they can produce skeletons as a distraction for cc. Then drop the archery queen and poison spell to deal with them. If the skeletons get killed off you can use barbs to buy some time while witches produce them again.
3. Then while your troops are dealing with the cc, without wasting time drop 2 Golems at a little distance from each other on the side witch queen's base as discussed earlier. Immediately drop 4-5 wizards behind them and send in the wall breakers to destroy walls, you may also drop earthquake spell if you have in cc.
4. Then send in your barbarian king once the walls are destroyed and make sure he enters the core of the base instead of circling it.
5. Drop your hogs from the opposite side. Drop them in groups of 3-4 on individual defense units, this is called "Surgical Hogs Strategy". Deploying them this way minimizes the loss if they activate giant bombs and hence reduces the effectiveness of traps.
6. Now with the spells, don't forget to drop your jump spell on golems and barbarian king to get them to penetrate the base and into the core. Observe the health lines of hogriders and drop heal spells when it turns yellow. Make sure you drop them strategically to cover as much hogs as possible.
Due the composition and no. of troops HoGoWiWi might seem hard but trust me it is not. Of course you will fail a number of times early on but then with constant use and practice you can master it because practice makes perfect. Good Luck and Clash On!
